We are looking for a reliable Architectural Designer to join our Venice Beach-based Architecture Studio. This candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in an architectural firm with familiarity in residential design and construction. They will undertake the management of project workflows, model developments, drawings and be comfortable balancing the demands of multiple projects. Responsibilities of this role include start to finish project execution, job site visits, consultant coordination, permitting and client interaction. Knowledge and experience with permitting projects in Los Angeles and surrounding cities is a plus. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working independently and supervising junior staff. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. They will strive for efficiency and produce high-quality results. This candidate will have strong client relations and public relations skills. This Architectural Designer will ensure collaborative working relationships with the team. They will have a high comprehension of construction document sets and of architectural building systems on a residential scale. NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture (or similar program) is preferred.
